The weekend we shot Paige and John’s wedding was a beautiful whirlwind! On Friday we captured Bob and Julie’s wedding in Chicago then we flew the next morning to Minnesota where we captured Paige and John’s wedding. So much love and happiness in such a short timespan and we enjoyed the heck out of it! Their wedding was held at John’s family lake house and it was beautiful. The lake was a perfect backdrop for them to exchange their vows and we loved how intimate the whole day was. Backyard weddings are among our favorites, because of the laid back feel. Paige and John are the sweetest and we wish them the very best with their little family!
Proposal Story: “We were in the kitchen, having a very normal night. He was about to cook food and I was sitting at the table. He asked me to grab a piece of paper to write something down for him. I grabbed the paper he was talking about, and opened it up. It was a sweet letter he wrote to me about all the times he almost proposed. When I finished reading it, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him.” -Paige
